Columbia Alumni, Faculty Films Nominated for 2019 Oscars

Films created, written, or directed by six Columbians were among those announced on January 22 as being nominated for 2019 Academy Awards.

Tune into the Oscars on Sunday, February 24 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC to see if these talented filmmakers receive the coveted prize. Congratulations to all!

  • Of Fathers and Sons: Nominated for Best Documentary Feature (Richard Lorber '67CC, '77TC, Distributor); Winner of Grand Jury Prize for World Documentary at the Sundance Film Festival
