Gerberg, Judith '63GS

Judith Gerberg is the creator of the Passion Projects™ workshops and twice president of the Career Counselors Consortium. For over 18 years, she has been the director of gerberg & company; a New York City-based career development organization that works with clients from all major industries individually, in small groups, and across entire organizations. She specializes in counseling, coaching, and training smart, successful people to find the work they love, manage change and live the life of their dreams. After earning her MA from New York University, Gerberg was a pioneer in combining art therapy and career counseling techniques. She is a national board-certified and New York State-licensed mental health counselor, and International-Certified Career Management Practitioner. She is also certified as a Long Distance Counselor and works with people via Skype and phone, as well as in person.

A frequent media expert (interviewed by the New York Times, NPR, Newsweek, and the Wall Street Journal), she has worked with countless organizations and universities, including Ann Taylor, Citibank, Clairol, Columbia, Dreyfus, NBC, Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison, Standard & Poors, Young & Rubicam, and Wharton Business School. She has served on the advisory boards of The New York Steering Committee of the Women's Studies in Religion program of Harvard Divinity School, and the Future Focus Committee of the International Association of Career Management Professionals.

Gerberg has led workshops and delivered speeches to the International Association of Career Management Professionals, American Society of Training & Development, Advertising Women of New York, Financial Women's Association, NYU Alumni Association, Parsons School of Design, Organizational Development Network, Women in Film & Television, Canyon Ranch, and Union Theological Seminary. Custom workshops addressing particular issues and tailored to specific organizations are created on request.
