If you've ever wondered where the excellent gastronomic offerings of the Pierre Boulez Saal come from, wonder no more.  The caterer is the restaurant Casalot, site of our next restaurant outing.  Whether traditional lamb or fish dishes, or one of the many vegetarian offerings, this Arabic restaurant has something for everyone.
