The World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth, is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization established in 1951 to expand the public’s understanding of international affairs, foreign policy and human rights. On Tuesday, August 18th we will be virtually hosting Mira Rapp-Hooper, senior fellow for Asia studies at the Council on Foreign Relations.
