Travel with the Columbia Alumni Association (CAA) from September 30 - October 17, 2021, on a special small group journey into the heart of Southern Africa. Begin in Johannesburg with a full-day discovery of Soweto. Encounter spectacular Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe with a guided walk and embark on a Sundowner cruise on the Zambezi River. Travel to Chobe National Park in Botswana, home to the world’s largest elephant population, and spend time in remote Namibia viewing and climbing some of the world’s highest crested sand dunes at Sossusvlei. Take a cruise along the storied Namibian coast before concluding with four nights in beautiful Cape Town, South Africa. An optional four-day, three-night post-tour extension to the Kruger National Park region is also available.
