Lynn Berger is a career counselor and coach, who specializes in helping people make the most of their lives and feel fulfilled. In her position, she counsels people on how to effectively transition to jobs and/or careers, balance their roles and responsibilities, and understand the choices before them.
Berger's past experience includes working in the human resources and consulting fields. She received both her Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology and her Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Columbia. Rosemary A. Bova has 30 years experience as an executive/career coach and an organization design and development consultant. Bova is a possibility thinker, an expert listener, and organization and career strategist.

Career transitions are can be exciting, but often they come with a twist of anxiety. For those of us who invested time, energy, and hard work in a career that has been rewarded with an involuntary transition, we need to manage negative feelings as we look forward.
Kris Ishibashi works with professionally successful clients who are looking for the next chapter in their professional lives.
