Monica Nordhaus is a Yale-trained Executive Coach & Career Strategist. She specializes in leadership development and career transition in entertainment, technology, consumer products and healthcare. She partners with executives and teams to engage and inspire those around them, to build trust and collaboration in challenging situations, to manage conflict and foster communication and to create a positive impact on productivity and bottom-line results.
Monica knows how to navigate career transitions. She began her career in the entertainment industry in New York, where she worked as a talent manager, literary agent, casting director for Julian Schnabel on the Oscar-nominated film Before Night Falls and Director of Development for Tim Robbins. She has also worked as a filmmaker. In Los Angeles, Monica was Chief of Staff to the Chairman & CEO of the William Morris Agency and was a founding team member of Fashionology, an innovative digital and retail experience. Monica uses her love of storytelling and her teaming experiences on film sets to help leaders be nimble, innovative and authentic. Monica is committed to promoting diversity efforts to attract, retain, engage and promote women in leadership and is also a professional speaker.
