Lynn Berger is a career counselor and coach, who specializes in helping people make the most of their lives and feel fulfilled. In her position, she counsels people on how to effectively transition to jobs and/or careers, balance their roles and responsibilities, and understand the choices before them.

Berger's past experience includes working in the human resources and consulting fields. She received both her Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology and her Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Columbia. She holds numerous certifications, including National Certified Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Certified Career Counselor.

She has been a career counselor and executive coach in New York City for more than 20 years. Berger has appeared as a guest expert on radio and television shows across the country, and has been featured in such publications as The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The New York Times, Newsday, Huffington Post,, and She authored the book, "The Savvy Part-Time Professional - How To Land, Create Or Negotiate The Part-Time Job Of Your Dreams."
