Dorothy Doppstadt is an executive and career coach who partners with clients to help with career transition, leadership skills, and personal empowerment challenges. Leveraging proven coaching methods with her extensive professional background, she develops a focused strategy for clients to reach business goals and personal aspirations with specific measurable goals. She received the advanced certification in Executive and Organizational Coaching from Columbia, and focuses on the client’s agenda to clarify issue identification and plans of action.

She brings a powerful combination of communications credentials as a national award-winning ABC News reporter, entrepreneur, and communications educator. She taught broadcast writing at Columbia Journalism School and received her MFA in film at Columbia School of the Arts. She works with clients on identifying job targets, proper positioning, and writing a resume and cover letter that will result in interviews, along with how to strategically negotiate salary.
