Career News: Clyde Tinnen

The law firm of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP is pleased to announce that Clyde Tinnen has been promoted to partnership. Mr. Tinnen is now a partner based in the Firm's Chicago and Stamford offices. He focuses his practice on corporate law matters, including finance and securities law, banking, and mergers and acquisitions. He has represented public and private corporations in various industries, ranging in size from startup enterprises to Fortune 100 companies.
