The CAA of Washington, D.C. will be hosting two special guests at this year's annual Columbia Connects Member Appreciation Happy Hour. Come out to meet: Donna MacPhee: President for Alumni Relations & President, Columbia Alumni Association Jaclyn Chu: Director, Strategic Regional Engagement and Alumni Relations The Washington D.C. club is the largest alumni chapter outside NYC, and we would like to thank our members, the source of our inspiration at this event! Columbia Connects global outreach is celebrated annually around the world. To show the Washington, D.C. and Columbia pride, we have a challenge for you: the school with the largest turnout at the event will be pictured and featured on our social media pages. Since we launched our first Return-to-Work Conference in 2008, over 4,500 professionals have joined us for a jam-packed day of expert guidance and concrete direction, and to talk to employers about job opportunities. Good news. More than 50 percent of attendees relaunched their careers within one year of our conference, most within six months.

Frankfurt: Ivy Circle "Stammtisch"

Ivy Circle Deutschland is an initiative to organize an alumni association network of prominent American and British educational institutions in Germany. Ivy Circle Deutschland seeks to encourage and coordinate social, cultural and educational events among alumni association members. Individuals can join only through their alumni association or club. The alumni associations and clubs organizing Ivy Circle Deutschland in Berlin have combined more than 600 alumni members and in Rhein-Main more than 1000 alumni members. We will meet at Yumas Restaurant Westend in Frankfurt/Main the last Thursday of each month. Happy to see many Columbia Alumni joining!
